УСЛОВИЯ ПУБЛИКАЦИИ
1. К публикации в журнале принимаются статьи, обладающие научной новизной, оригинальностью, актуальностью и практической значимостью.
2. Для публикации статьи в журнале необходимо прислать на e-mail редакции edition@fin-biz.ru в одном файле (в формате Word) авторскую анкету и текст статьи, оформленные в соответствии «Требованиями к содержанию и оформлению научных статей, принимаемых к публикации в журнале»
3. В срок не более 30 дней редакция журнала проводит рецензирование статьи в соответствии с «Правилами направления, рецензирования и публикации научных статей, поступающих в редакцию журнала Финансовый бизнес» и сообщает автору решение о публикации статьи, ее отклонении или направлении на доработку.
4. Передача автором (авторами) статьи для публикации редакции или издателю журнала «Финансовый бизнес» означает бесплатную бессрочную передачу автором (авторами) статьи неисключительных авторских прав издателю журнала Финансовый бизнес. Издатель журнала «Финансовый бизнес» вправе передавать для публикации, распространения и иного использования статью и(или) ее составные части ( в том числе: метаданные, название, аннотацию, ключевые слова, текст и его части, графики, таблицы, рисунки, иллюстрации и другие) неограниченному кругу лиц по своему усмотрению ( в том числе: Высшая аттестационная комиссия РФ, ООО НЭБ (владелец прав на Российский индекс научного цитирования, сайта и базы данных elibrary.ru), Российскую книжную палату ИТАР ТАСС, научные библиотеки, Международный фонд DOI (International DOI Foundation, Inc.) и другие), в том числе на возмездной основе с указанием авторства. Автор(авторы) статьи право на вознаграждение в указанных случаях не имеют. Редакция оставляет за собой право литературной и орфографической обработки текста статьи при ее подготовке к печати. В сведениях об авторах редакция указывает основное место работы или место обучения автора.
5. Статьи подписчиков журнала публикуются бесплатно. Журнал выходит 30 числа каждого месяца. Редакция высылает авторам почтовой бандеролью экземпляр журнала с опубликованной статьей.
Чтобы опубликовать статью:
1. Напишите статью.
2. Проверьте статью на правильность оформления (правила приведены в разделе сайта «Оформлении рукописей»).
3. Запишите авторскую анкету, аннотацию к статье и текст статьи в один файл.
4. Пришлите статью в редакцию по e-mail: edition@fin-biz.ru и дождитесь ответа о принятии статьи к рецензированию в течение 1-3-х дней.
TERMS OF PUBLICATION
1. Articles with scientific novelty, originality, relevance and practical significance are accepted for publication in the journal.
2. To publish an article in the journal, it is necessary to send the author's questionnaire and the text of the article in one file (in Word format) to the e-mail of the editorial office edition@fin-biz.ru, and the text of the article, drawn up in accordance with the "Requirements for the content and design of scientific articles accepted for publication in the journal"
3. Within a period of not more than 30 days, the editorial office of the journal reviews the article in accordance with the "Rules for Sending, Reviewing and Publishing Scientific Articles Received by the Editorial Board of Financial Business" and informs the author of the decision to publish the article, reject it or send it for revision.
4. The transfer by the author (s) of the article for publication to the editorial board or publisher of the journal "Financial Business" means a free unlimited transfer by the author (s) of the article of non-exclusive copyright to the publisher of the journal Financial Business. The publisher of the journal "Financial Business" has the right to transfer for publication, distribution and other use of the article and (or) its component parts (including: metadata, title, annotation, keywords, text and parts thereof, graphs, tables, figures, illustrations and others) to an unlimited number of persons at their own discretion (including: the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, NEB LLC (owner of the rights to the Russian Science Citation Index, website and database elibrary.ru), the Russian Book Chamber ITAR TASS, scientific libraries, the International DOI Foundation (International DOI Foundation, Inc.) and others), including on a reimbursable basis with attribution. The author (s) of the article do not have the right to remuneration in these cases. The editors reserve the right to literary and spelling processing of the text of the article during its preparation for publication. In the information about the authors, the editors pay special attention to the place of work or place of study. In the information about the authors, the editors indicate the main place of work or place of study of the author.
5. Articles of subscribers of the journal are published free of charge. The editorial office sends the authors by postal parcel a copy of the journal with the published article.
To publish an article:
1. Write an article.
2. Check the article for correct formatting (the rules are given in the section of the site "Manuscript Format")
3. Write down the author's questionnaire, abstract to the article and the text of the article in one file.
4. Send the article to the editorial office by e-mail: edition@fin-biz.ru and wait for a response on the acceptance of the article for review within 1-3 days.
